I work with people who feel overwhelmed, drained or under pressure at work to regain their, confidence and find their way to a more sustainable way of working so they can perform well and enjoy their careers…without burning out.

No matter how much you work and how much you get done, the goal posts keep changing and the demands and emails keep pouring in. So you dig deeper and push through, but it still doesn't feel like enough.
At some point, you start to lose confidence and maybe your memory becomes a bit worse, you feel like 'everyone else has it together' so you should be able to do this, and so start to doubt yourself/your ability and worry about how you're perceived as you 'wing' your way through each day.
I've been there. And this is why I am passionate about helping people to stay well in demanding careers and workplaces through coaching.
It's tough coming back from burnout so we need to notice it and take hold of it before it fully takes hold of us. This is where mindset work and coaching support can be really helpful and, often, transformational.

I’m Nicki, your coaching partner. This work is personal to me, because I know what it’s like to look like you’re coping while feeling overwhelmed inside.
I spent a long time showing up, delivering, and pushing through…until I couldn’t.
What shifted things for me was coaching. It was stepping back, understanding what was really driving that pressure, and giving myself permission to think, and work, differently.
That’s the space I now create for my clients. Not to overhaul everything overnight, but to help you see things more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and find a way forward that actually feels sustainable.
My aim is that you end of our time together, you will leave feeling empowered, with a renewed 'spark', increased confidence and a plan that helps you move forward with your situation.

Change your perspective and everything changes…
What you need isn’t more strategies, it’s space to think clearly again.
When you’re already overwhelmed, adding more tools or trying to push yourself harder (which you’ve probably already thought of or tried) is rarely helpful. If anything, it just adds to the noise instead of providing the meaningful shift you’re craving.
What actually makes the difference is having the space to slow down, pause, reflect, and to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, without judgement, and without pressure to immediately fix it.
Taking a small amount of time away from; the people asking you for things, making decisions, changing goalposts and endless meetings, creates the space for you to take a breath. This pause and reflection helps you think more deeply and strategically which can provide long lasting, positive shifts.
Change your perspective and everything else changes. Mindset shifts are powerful and are what most clients say has been the most valuable element of coaching for them, providing lasting change.

How we work together
Our work isn’t about quick fixes or forcing change. It’s a chance to gently untangle what’s been building up over time, so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
We might explore what’s really driving your overwhelm, look at the expectations you’re carrying (often without realising it), and reconnect with your needs, values, and strengths. Along the way, we’ll notice the patterns and beliefs that are keeping the pressure high, and begin to shift them in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
We’ll also look at the practical side in terms of what needs to change in your day-to-day, how you can set boundaries that actually hold, and what a more sustainable way of working could look like for you.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We take it one step at a time.
What begins to change
As things start to shift, it’s not just what you do that feels different but how you experience your work and your life.
You may notice that you feel calmer and more in control of your workload, clearer about what really matters, and more confident in your ability to handle pressure without it taking over. You will feel more energised, less emotional and more positive. Switching off becomes easier so there’s more space to enjoy your life outside of work again.
You’re still capable, still achieving, but it no longer comes at the same cost to your mental and physical health.
